Women leaders

The group should be aimed at approaching and debating the topic of the visibility of women leaders and the necessity of creating models for the future generations which could inspire and motivate young women to explore leadership within their companies and organisation.
This group is mainly focused on women - both leaders and those with a leadership potential which need to b ein contact with women who succeeded in their carreers - but will allow as well men who wish to act as e-mentors.
