Piraeus in Ukraine
Piraeus Bank announced the completion of the acquisition of 99.6 percent of the share capital of the Ukrainian bank International Commerce Bank, following the approval of the supervisory authorities in Greece and Ukraine, finalizing the agreement signed on May 18. The acquisition price amounted to $75.3 million (54.2 million euros).
