    Dear group members,

    I am Michael Rajiv Shah, one of the MODerators of the official XING GUJARAT group. I am very happy to welcome you within this newly created XING Ambassador groups. Since GUJARAT is one of the BIG Indian Business HUBs, XING was very much fund of the !DEA building up a community in GUJARAT itself.

    Some of you might know me from one of my other XING dedications, which took place since April 2006. Bringing INDERested people together virtually and much more important ... in real life meetings too.

    In April 2007 my wife and myself visited AHMEDABAD my family's city and mixed up the "RYZE Mixer" with XING members. Meeting and networking in reality will be one of the main targets of XING GUJARAT too. I think the first meeting of the group will be possible END of September or early October.

    I'd been born in June 65. Son of DINESH Lalbhai Mangaldas SHAH (http://www.xing.com/profile/Dinesh_Shah) and Ila Shah. Two very religious worlds (Jaina & Catholic) found a home in my body and it took a very long journey to bring both beliefs to a TRANSFORMED authentic newly created value system.

    My parents took me to India in an early age of 1,5 and we stayed in Ahmedabad and Baroda until my age of five. After leaving for Germany again ... the whitish RAJU was a small GUJJU, being challenged getting a German again. My Indian Passports have shown SEVEN YEARS stay in India within my first 20 years.

    My Life changed very fast after getting to know my WIFE within a Forum of Germany's 2nd Indo-German immigrants in Autumn 2005. WE found out, that virtual Life could get VERY FACTUAL if you start believing in it. My wife (http://www.xing.com/profile/Nadja_Shah) and myself opened our first (openBC) XING group in 04.2006 and USED the virtual opportunities of this plattform to create a new LIFE, work on dreams and wishes, build a family and making MANY virtual Contacts (503 until today) to REAL LIFE contacts.

    End of 2006 we invited for our first INTER - INDERested - PLATTFORM meeting (4 other platforms than XING had been included) in Düsseldorf.

    I am very proud, that we have managed to create more then 20 meetings with some hundreds newly connected people in (Düsseldorf - Cologne - Berlin) Germany, (Vienna) Austria and once in Ahmedabad. The knowledge of experienced success of building NETWORKs for others drives me ...

    ... to bei a leading part of YOUR XING GUJARAT network.

    Since my father stays in Ahmedabad for 4-5 month a year, we think to create our first meeting in AMD End of September or beginning October.

    Since my life changed in that way (I stay in Austria; am married happily; got father last Sunday for the first time) I started to use my 'LIFELONG' Marketing experiences to give coachings for XING Users, who are willing to use this platform as their MAIN HUB for expanding their LIFE and BUSINESSES.

    I would be happy "to give away" my NETWORK and XING KNOWLEDGE to all of you ...

    The reason of this WISH is, that the MOTTO of my wife "YOU GET WHAT YOU GIVE" instructed me in a great way. And I am sure, that GIVING is the fundament of good NETWORKING.

    Hello Michael,

    after reading your Welcome words I got the feeling to know your very well, great!!!
    One more time congrats to your nomination as the XING Ambassador for Gujarat.

    We Indians always loved to network and I don't know much countries where everybody knows everybody over five corners. XING is providing a new plattform to pursue this affinity and I am sure XING Gujarat and all newly formed Ambassador groups in India will be very succesfull.
