  • Innovation in user experience is the key factor 19.12.2008, 04:54

Whether you're building a complex new medical device or revamping your Web site, you probably find that the process takes twice as long and costs twice as much as you expected. Worse, the product only does half of what you—or your customers—need it to do. Some people will tell you product development just works that way. We'll tell you it doesn't have to.

We'll help you avoid the analysis paralysis of requirements by starting you off with actionable research: a detailed but concise picture of what your users need and what it will take to satisfy them.

We'll help you create or clarify your product definition by showing you sketches early, so you can react to something concrete and agree on the right direction.

We'll collaborate closely with you on increasingly-detailed interaction design, visual design, and industrial design—ensuring completeness and feasibility as we go—until we have a final blueprint for construction.

Along the way, we'll work with you to build consensus and make sure everyone is committed to the solution.

If you are interested you can drop us a mail and we will get in touch with you. Looking forward to hear from you.

    Thanks

    Hello Everyone,

Focusing on real customers might seem obvious, but Microsoft's programs more often have reflected the will of techie insiders. Given Microsoft's history, Larson-Green's plan seems downright revolutionary on their new release: Build an operating system that doesn't require people to take computer classes or master thick manuals.

"We want to reduce the amount of thinking about the software that they have to do, so that they can concentrate all their thinking on the task they're trying to get done," Larson-Green said in an interview.
