    Hello Everyone,

    The India Innovation Summit 2010 organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) appealed industry and Governments to make innovation a continuous process and work to ensure the benefits of innovation reach all sections of society. The sixth edition of the Summit felt that there is a need to see the process of the innovation benefits the entire economy of the country.

    Mr Murugesh Rudrappa Nirani, Minister for Large and Medium Industries, Government of Karnataka, said in his Inaugural Address, " State government in partnership with CII has been taking several steps that encourage innovation in industry. Innovation in the areas of product development, technology and process development should be aimed at generating more wealth, creating more employment, business growth of the industry, and economic growth of the society."
