  Chief minister K Rosaiah is likely to begin his district tours with a darshan of Durga temple atop Indrakeeladri on September 25.
  
  The chief minister is believed to have expressed his wish to present silk clothes to the deity on Mulanakshtram day, said to be the most auspicious day during the 10-day long festival.
