Indu Projects has launched a residential project called Indu City in Bachupally, Hyderabad, which is a short drive from Hitec City. The Rs.1,650 crore project spread over 90-acre , is being developed by Indu in JV with Red Fort Capital and has been designed by Belt Collins of US, the renowned design and consulting firm.
The project will have more than 2,000 residential units that suit every budget. The proposed gated community is planned for 1,715 apartment units ranging from 750 to 3150 sq. ft, and 318 villas ranging from 325 to 600 sq. yards. Work on the site has commenced with completion scheduled for 2011.
One of the special features of this project is that it is being created in a green landscape amidst natural, undulating terrain and water bodies, as an ideal balance between nature and high quality living.
