  Introduction of Strohal Legal Group

  Dear all,
  
  my name is Tobias Speer and I work as Legal Consultant at Strohal Legal Group in Ras Al Khaimah. I am from Germany and studied Law in Berlin so I have knowledge in both legal systems.
  
  Strohal Legal Group (SLG) was founded by Dr Theodor Strohal in Austria 1979. SLG has offices in Singapore since 1992, in Ras al Khaimah since 2005 and Doha since 2010. It is of great importance for us to assist our clients with international experienced and locally accredited lawyers. We are the only international law firm which works with locally accredited lawyers in all offices.
  
  Through this network and our partners we are capable to offer you effective legal and personal consultancy. Our slogan is: “Consider it solved!”
  
  Our areas of expertise are:
  - Company setups
  - Branches, Joint Ventures
  - Commercial agents
  - Transactions of real estates
  - International Tax law
  - Corporate and IP law
  
  We are fluent in German, English, Spanish and Arabic. Our staff also speaks Indonesian and Tagalog.

  I will be in Munich (Germany) from 20-22 of September 2011. Im looking forward to meet people interested in the Middle East and especially the UAE.
