Xing Lebanon Starts

When I started this group it was really a very big step towards finding a way to activate the e-gov and to improve its use at the local level .

I happen to know that the Lebanese e-gov may be better than some other e-govs because there is no international clearinghouse that supports this type of IT.

Nevertheless the World Bank will remain happy for such misuse of IT and the puplic will be asked to pay for this misuse .

If you are a keen IT specialist and have an idea on how to overcome this problem , be a member of our group and let's start to evaluate our e-system and consequently start to build an active one thru real international cooperation .

I have some details to be discussed at group level but first of all let's form active subgroups to start our arrangements
