    Expats insight needed!!!!
    My name is Anjuli Hesse and I am currently doing my Masters in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management in South AFrica. My Thesis is about factors that influence cross – cultural adjustment among expatriates.

    In my thesis I try to identify the most important factors in influencing cross – cultural adjustment as well as the perceived importance of those factors. Therefore, I need some expatriates to give me some insights. I developed a questionnaire, which takes at the most 15 minutes to fill in, which aims to identify those factors.

    Obviously I would be willing to share the gained insights with the group in order to let everybody benefit from this study.
