The Institute Corporate Responsibility Management at Steinbeis University Berlin starts on 28 May.2010 the first time in Germany the executive master's program
“Master of Arts in Responsible Management”
Guided by a holistic understanding and practice of leadership, the program will enable students to develop competent leadership behavior by teaching basic techniques that reinforce and establish Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability.
It enables a qualitative and individual professionalization in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility Management and provides a systematic concept in order to achieve an operative transfer of the economic, ecologic and social dimension of CSR.
The program lasts 12 months, consisting of in-class study days in Berlin, eLearning and project-oriented learning.
The study is awarded with 60 ECTS credits, which can be transferred towards a further international MBA Study.
Steinbeis University Berlin (SHB) is a private academic institution based in Berlin. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Steinbeis Foundation, Stuttgart. Steinbeis University was founded and state-recognized in 1998. Its primary mission is the transfer between Science and Business. The Institute Corporate Responsibility Management systematizes the issues Corporate Responsibility and Corporate Ethics and provides implementation possibilities for the Corporations by using operationable Management approaches.
