  Opening for Project Director in Germany

  Currently we have an opening for Project Director with our client in Germany.
  
  It is a permanent position.
  
  Candidates should be fluent in English and German.
  
  Candidate will be responsible for managing one or several projects. You will have the responsibility to organize necessary resources and to manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as bidding, planning, designing, subcontracting, installation, commissioning, maintenance, technical support and local materials purchasing. You will be involved with PO managing, subcontractors searching and authentication, performance management, cost control, quality assurance and project risk analysis for the German market.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  Experience in turn-key project management including network planning, site acquisition, civil work design & building.
  • Ensure client satisfaction in post-sales phase
  • Ensure project quality
  • Monitor and control project implementation costs
  • Manage project schedule and timely receipt of PAC and FAC
  • Be responsible for training and assessment of project team members
  • Be responsible for subcontractor performance management
  • Good knowledge of at least one or more of the following products and solutions:
  1. Wireless solutions including CDMA, UMTS;
  2. Broadband network and IPTN network including NGN, ATM/IP, DSLAM, and Data;
  3. Optical Network including SDH, WDM; Intelligent network including
  SCP, SMP, SDP, SSP
  • At least 2 years project management experience with the incumbents in Germany and any recent Deutshe Telekom experience will be an advantage
  • Achievement driven, forward thinking, information sharing, effective communicator, people networking.
