  Opening for Senior Marketing Manager Wireless in Germany

  Currently we have an opening for Senior Marketing Manager Wireless with our client in Germany. It is a permanent position. Please find below the job description:
  
  Candidate will be responsible for the marketing of Client’s products with focus on UTRAN. You will be responsible for market strategies and solutions for both Europe and the global market, especially working for our customer.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  • Product marketing strategy considering market trends, customer and competitor moves
  • conduct market research and customer surveys on RAN products
  • technical Sales support to Sales and Bid manager (Tenders, Customer meetings, customer queries, generation of the SoC to customer spec)
  • study new solutions and output whitepapers / slides for new solutions
  • ensure Client’s solution to be compliant with local specifications by draft spec review and discussions with customers
  • Analyze competitor’s technology and do product benchmarking.
  
  Requirements
  
  • Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.) or Economics degree with strong technical background (eg. Wirt.-Ing.) or MBA
  • several years experience in direct telecommunications and carrier network with a proven track record in an international telecom equipment company
  • excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills
  • excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills
  • quick perception in knowledge of new fields
  • skilled in Radio Access Network such as NodeB and RNC
  • skilled in HSDPA/HSUPA/MBMS/LTE etc.
  • knowledge of SP/BP (Strategy Plan/Business Plan)
  • market and technology knowledge to evaluate business opportunities
  • understanding customer business and organization process and how to contribute to customer’s success
  • Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
