  Seeking for a Project Manager (start-up of EMS company, new Design Centre, based in Germany)

  Our client is a successful multinational company (EMS) of US Origin offers complex product realisation services incl. design/manufacturing/repair/after-sales services. They are currently establishing a new Design Centre in Germany.
  
  We are looking for an experienced calibre professional to be responsible for the project management. The Project Manager will be one of the first 3 key employees in the new Design Centre start-up.
  
  
  Responsible for managing and coordinating projects, including:
  
  Coordinate the activity of the project team in order to execute the project from proposal and contract development through manufacturing transition to assure all expectations of the customer are met
  
  Responsible for the project P&L, AR, and project sales forecasts including assuring positive and negative variances are appropriately forecasted
  
  Responsible for creation and ownership of the project proposal, which includes the project plan, schedule, budget, PSA, assumptions, and for presenting and driving the proposal to closure with the customer
  
  Responsible for the timely allocation of human resources and equipment required by the project to assure project schedule and financial success
  
  Responsible for the selection, and ultimate performance, of third party suppliers and sub-contractors required to execute the project plan
  
  
  We require:
  A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
  5 years of industry experience (EMS or similar)
  3 years of project management experience
  A general understanding and experience in at least one discipline (e.g. analog, digital, mechanical, SW, PCB) of electronic product development and product realization processes
  Strong team building and team leadership skills
  Excellent project management and organisational skills
  Fluent German and English
