背景:
曾任戴尔(中国)有限公司人力资源部培训经理,面对全体公司员工,负责销售技能、个人技能和领导能力方面的培训计划和实施。根据人力资源建设的原则,郭先生在职期间参与建立了完善的学习体系和职业规划体系,与此同时,郭先生本人更设计和直接讲授了诸多课程。
郭先生有超过17年工作经历,在加入戴尔公司之前,曾在IBM中国有限公司的销售部门服务8年,先后任职渠道管理、业务拓展和销售运营等工作,丰富的渠道销售经历为培训积累了大量的案例和实际经验。

Background:
Victor was the learning and development manager of Dell China, being responsible of the planning and implementation of sales competency, soft skill and leadership training facing all employees. He successfully helped setting up the learning system and career planning system inside the company during the past years. Victor was also the trainer who delivered most of the internal trainings, part of which was designed by himself.
Prior to joining Dell, Victor has worked for IBM at the position of channel management for 8 years. The experience of working with the small and medium enterprises helps a lot in understanding their business.
