About me
I started business in the year 1977 in the name & style of VARSHA FIBRE FAB INDUSTRIES to manufacture Tarpaulin using processed waterproof cotton canvas and supplying to Transport Industries and Factories in Suburb of Mumbai & Pune. I had appointed agents in different town/village in staes of KARNATAKA, KERALA, TAMILNADU & ANDHRA PRADESH to fetch business from Villagers & Farmers & Small Town Shops & other Outlets. As the time passed by we added further number of items. Tents formed the main item having quite good requirements from Locals as well as Foreign market. Tents of diffeferent dimensions & design were made & offered to prospective clients. The main market for tents were newly developed Resort, Clubs and Madium types Residential Hotels. The tents are manufactured at Kanpur (UP) and being exported to UK, South Africa, Western Africal, Middle East etc. Then we started manufacturing Bags & Caps from grey cotton canvas fabrics or dyed Fabric. The bags were made in different designs & shapes & also according to the customer design. We further added bags from Leather, Jute for local & export Market. Bags were & are sent to various countries like, UK, Greece, Cyprus, South Africa, USA, Australia, New Zealand etc. as per the orders received with specifications
Then we started manufacturering of ECO-FRIENDLY & BIO-DEGRADABLE products from naturally grown & available products like banana fibres/Hibiscus Fibres, Palm tree leaves, silk, jute, sisal, katha, cotton, bamboo, wool etc. These are converted into various added value products which can occupy one of the best places to adorn with its designing, quality, craftsmanship, hand paintings, embroidery work etc. These products were made at village levels having plenty of applications.The products can be House hold articles, gifts & promotional items as sought by corporate and big industries & offices, retail users, for hospitality industries, Hospitals, Government organization etc.
We started approaching village craftsman and artisans to make use of the natural products to produce useful articles that will be a basic requirement of house-holds, Hospitality Industries, Hospitals, marriage functions, Gifts, awards, events organizers etc.This became a part of Social work as well as part of manufacturing number of articles of high added value products for local as well as foreign market. The products include Handloom fabric, bags, capes, carpet, folders, kitchen-articles, house-holds articles, Decorative articles, Curtains. Window Blinds, Wall Hangings, Beautiful hand paintings, Thread work, patch work, articles produced by combining various natural fabric and so on. All of these are ECO-FRIENDLY AND BIO-DEGRADABLE IN NATURE. These articles has a world wide appeals for its craftsmanship and designs & can adorn any place of high esteem. Many of the products we procured from village small organization (group of craftsmen).
People from all over the World & mostly from America, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand have been now very strict in using and insist their daily and otherwise requirement to be Eco-friendly and Bio-degradable products as they are highly conscious of the Health of the Earth, the Environment and the Humanity dwelling on the Earth. They are very fond of seeing this world Green and beautiful for comfortable and healthy staying and carrying on business in serene atmosphere where they can breath clean air to sustain energetic life also wish other around to follow. India can provide all that necessary for the upkeeping of good practices that lead to safer and healthy environment. India can offer items for daily requirement of the household needs, for corporate to promote their products, for Hospitality Industries for their major bulk requirement, for Hospitals to keep atmosphere under control and serene for the patients and the visitors, for government Houses and Offices and so on. These villagers are being given training for creating newer designs to their final products and are also trained on HANDLOOMS to create beautiful and commendable varieties of woven fabric from Banana Bark Fibres, Hibiscus, Sisal, wool, Kora grass, silk, cotton etc.
