• Manage and direct administrative staff on a day-to-day basis • Responsible for maintaining College’s Health & Safety and Fire Procedure policies • Oversee and control the overall enrolment process through to induction • Aid senior management with development of the business strategy • Adhere to all policies and associated regulations and Codes of Practice such as the Data Protection Act 1998 • Responsible for 350% increase in student numbers in 2009/2010

• Formulating an admissions programme/strategy to deliver annual targets and drive revenues, profitability and market share • Initiating and developing new and existing business opportunities for future business • Providing timely follow-up for all leads and aid conversion of leads • Capturing all information for leads generated and follow up via direct contact and/or the use of new and existing marketing tools

• Initial enquiry and vetting of suitable prospective candidates • Used all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to sale point • File management in accordance with all necessary regulations • Constant learning and awareness of immigration policy for New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom • Client meetings • Attendance at Expos and local Government run trade expos
