I am an engineering and management professional with my demonstrated experience tracks those are indicating key evidences for the further background(s):
• M.Sc. graduate degree on Engineering (Retired Ph.D. student on Disaster Management) from Istanbul Technical University on Engineering Management and More than 18 years of experience in the multi-cultural and cross-disciplinary environment.
• My contract management hands on specialization is more than ten years thorough involvement in integrated Project/Program implementation those are mostly consecutive public sector development programs.
• More than eight years experience on Social and Urban Infrastructure projects.
• More than ten years of hands on experience and familiarity with procurement rules of multilateral loan/grant making organizations (including EU, GTZ, KfW, UNDP, DIFID; Danida, Civipol, World Bank, FIDIC and other organisations procurement rules and regulations and transactions...) and corporate principles (e.g. Basel II). Acted as a free-lance independent evaluator/observer for various EU, WB projects/missions.
• Proven extensive geographic knowledge of Turkey (not only scientific but socio-economic and demographic as well). Generatively motivated while independently discipline to work with thorough incentive practice. Acquainted within various OS environment, MS Office, Internet etc. and beyond with Adobe, ERP and similar business solutions.
• Fluent in English and Turkish with excellent communication and drafting skills with proven ‘lingo-passion' character for innovative semantic communication methods.
• Free to live and be abroad and travel without any restrictions. A potent team leader with flexible but accountable manner. A thorough understanding of the public sector market via the functional mechanisms of Turkish Regulatory Councils, Public and Private investors [e.g. Public Procurement Agency, CFCU those for facing ‘monopoly’ claims of AMD and ‘open code chasers’] , Municipality administrations, mentors/consultants.
• Military service is fulfilled as a ‘Project Officer-Engineer lieutenant’ for the development of Armed forces formal engineering/design management procedures.
