About me

19 years of wide ranging experience in Railway Signalling systems & applications. Expertise in managing roles with both technical & commercial responsibilities for mid to large size projects for railways. Experienced in managing assignments in complete range of system life cycle, i.e., conception, design, manufacturing, construction, testing and maintenance of operational assets. Significant experience in planning, tendering, procurement & contract management.
 
Successfully led multiple signalling renewals projects in Indian Railways. Experienced in providing functional lead in signalling design, possessions planning, test & commission planning, contract administration and asset management of operational railway including faulting and renewals planning.
 
Successfully interfaced with other railway disciplines like Track, Civils, OHE and Electricals in all the above activities. Led multi-disciplinary teams for accident investigations involving signal passed at danger, derailment etc.

Currently working on development of standardized products and solutions for application over entire Indian Railways. Also coordinating with metro projects for planning  & evaluation of technical systems for meeting required levels of RAMS.
