About me

I am a Co-Founder and CEO of International Performance Excellence (IPE) and adjunct faculty at Middlesex University Dubai. I hold Masters in Quality Management and on the verge of completing my PhD in Organisational Learning and Excellence from University of Salford, England. I am also acting as Senior Assessor, Chief Examiner and Juror at several national and regional quality and excellence awards such as Dubai Quality Award, Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award, Abu-Dhabi Government Excellence Award, Ras-Alkhaima Government Quality Award, and King Abdul-Aziz Quality Award in KSA. I am the first Arab Assessor and Advisor at Investors in People Standard (IIP) and also accredited Excellence Assessor by EFQM.

Active member in several professional bodies such as Academy of Management, International Society for Performance Improvement, Society for Organizational Learning, European Consortium for Learning Organisations and American Society for Quality. I have been been elected at the Vice President of the Benchmarking Sub-Group at Dubai Quality Group.
