About me
Allen is a board member of the Vertical Lift Consortium Board and managing host of the LinkedIn Groups Aviation Solutions Experts, Packaging Crating Logistics & Shipping Experts and Gov't DOD Sales & Business Executives.
A former Airborne Infantry Officer with the 82nd Airborne and school trained at Johnson Controls; he is a professional hunter killer at winning opportunities. He has led organizations to win over $230 millions in opportunities with over 87% win ratio and 50.5% net margins or better mainly in the aviation aftermarket parts and MRO arena.
He is a skilled negotiator with significant success. Allen is an expert in leading others to success, management consulting, sales, contracts, pricing, proposals, developing new markets, finding / winning opportunities, creating sales marketing plans, and collateral materials that win.
Allen is currently or has been involved in numerous aviation, US Government Omnibus contracts F2AST, R2, R23G, DESP II, CFT, DOCATS, and OEM marketing with significant contacts with Boeing, L3 Com, SAIC, SSAI, DRS, General Dynamics, Honeywell, BAE, and a host of others in both the Army, Navy, Air Force and Gov't agencies.
