About me
Alph has more than fifteen years experience in the area of international executive education and management development. He is a specialist in the areas of action learning, emotional intelligence, people integration and communication, virtual teaming and cross - cultural management & leadership. He is a renowned storyteller and teaches executives how to integrate stories in their communication strategy and presentations. He is qualified in the use of a wide selection of analytical tools including the MBTI, FIRO-B and is qualified as a senior consultant in The Birkman ® Method.
He has led executive programs on all four continents and his work has been featured in Business Week, the Wall St Journal and numerous other publications.He has consulted for many international organizations including General Cologne Re, Disney, Möller, KION, GE, Siemens Energy, SEN, International Truck & Engine and Xperion.
Alph holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of London and a Masters degree in Systems Engineering (Intelligent Knowledge Based Systems) from the University of the South Bank in London. He is adjunct faculty member at the Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW), University in Paderborn Germany where he teaches Culture & Conflict on the MBA program. Alph is an associate of the Authentic Leadership Institute in Boston and is principal of Business Learning Solutions GmbH based in Munich Germany serving clients around the world.
He is an Irish citizen and lives with his family close to Munich in Germany.
