Insight:
Worked in Outdoor Centres throughout the UK and everything I owned fitted in my old VW van. At this time I was a fanatical kayaker and sponsored for international whitewater events and expeditions. I changed career and worked in wholesale and retail management for a couple of years before going self employed using the skills and qualifications I have as a freelance trainer and facilitator. Gradually clients asked me to organise training events myself and so grew Unique Solutions as it is now. The last bit took over 15 years. In that time I have built a house, learnt loads and picked up many more stories.
