I currently serve as the Senior Director of Professional Services and Deliverability for Mapp Digital; a company proud to offer the world's largest private MarTech platform. In this leadership role, I oversee an organization comprised of 60+ employees responsible for developing and delivering on campaign management, deliverability, technical enablement, and strategic data consulting services for a diverse range of partners, resellers, and client organizations to include Kenscio,Westwing,Validity & Webbula.

I concurrently serve as Mapp’s Deputy of Security and Privacy where I oversee an enterprise-level data security and privacy compliance program in alignment with Information Security Standards ISO 27001/2 and 27018. As a certified Data Protection Officer, I provide technical and legal advisement on data protection requirements pertaining to all internal/external digital customer touchpoints.

As Chairman of the Email Competence Group for eco, I have been intricately involved with developing and enhancing a specialized professional network group, within Germany and the greater European business community, which engages industry experts in the sharing of knowledge and ideas to benefit practitioners in emergent technical methods surrounding email sender authentication and standards.

*In Sept of 2016, Mapp Digital was introduced to the market through the combination of BlueHornetand the sale of Teradata’s, industry-leading, digital marketing-related applications business.* As the new Head of Mapp’s Deliverability team, I was responsible for building Mapp’s global reputation as an innovator in strategic deliverability services through the deployment of long-term deliverability strategies focused on customer engagement, partner contract acquisitions, and industry compliance.

My core responsibilities include providing tactical management in the analysis, concept development and implementation (from pre-sales to production) of deliverability needs for clients across the globe. Key deliverables include organizing Mapp’s global deliverability team, project management and oversight, instituting and reengineering processes, coordinating and training cross-functional teams across the globe, and training clients in a consultative and collaborative manner.

As a contributing leader for the international team, I am accountable for ensuring Teradata’s global reputation as an innovator in strategic deliverability initiatives. In 2009, I was promoted to Deliverability Management and tasked in managing deliverability strategies for several large strategic accounts including continued management of Nintendo of Europe GmbH.
