  I have been working for Hewlett Packard in the last 10 years in various strategic and executive positions and have now decided to take the opportunity to change for the future. As i am preparing my transition to leave the company my focus is shifting back towards Asia, especially China where i have family roots and experience in business relations. I am therefore interested in High Tech companies (not limited to Telecom) who are interested in experienced European Executives who have interest and ambition to work in Asia.   I am an energetic and result-oriented senior executive with over 15 years of experience in leading technical, as well as, sales oriented teams. What characterizes my leadership style in-short, is the combination of management attention to details with the “big picture” and long-term strategy. In 2001, Compaq recruited me to grow the Telecom SW business which happened to be at the beginning of a downturn in the market. Within the first 12 months, I grew the business by 75% from 12 M$ to 21 M$. This was not a one-off sales boost, the revenue grew to 200 M$ over the following next 4 years. Our growth was based on well thought out decisions, focus on fast execution and great team work. In addition to my international business experience and technical education background, my language skills have been a great asset in managing multicultural teams worldwide. I have progressively developed my career and continuously grown responsibilities in-line with my background and skills. I am now interested in moving beyond my current strategy position. Therefore I am seeking for a Senior Leadership/Management position with respective responsibilities.
