Our objective is to reduce our ratios of interviews to offers therefore saving you time. Our initial expectation is 1:4 but this can be improved as we obtain a greater understanding of your business.

IPS will monitor and manage the recruitment process ensuring quality, commitment and professionalism at all times. When utilising ‘Ezecutive Solutions’ we can provide 24-hour day access on the status of your project including information on suitable candidates and our interview notes. IPS can only work with a maximum 25% of the market; the remaining businesses become our sourcing ground.

Overview of search and selection offerings

Retained Executive Search - A process designed to confidentially target, identify and source top performing individuals working within a clients direct competitors and other relevant businesses. (Shortlist 4 - 6 weeks)

Retained Advertised Selection - Suitable for the client wishing to source job seeking candidates in the marketplace via advertising in relevant media. (Shortlist 3 - 4weeks)

Contingency – Available for specific singular introductions of candidates or for companies with limited urgency.

Additional Values/Benefits

No Shortlist Fees – IPS believe that shortlist fees are unnecessary. We only invoice our clients a retained fee to cover the cost of the work but no further costs are applicable until we deliver a hired candidate. We see this as no risk for either party and we have 100% confidence in our ability to deliver therefore see no reason to charge this usual standard cost. With this policy our success is proven, ‘ we are in business because we deliver ’.

Your Branding – We develop comprehensive ‘Candidate Briefing Packs’ – this is an introduction to your company’s products, services, culture and includes job descriptions, location maps, current news stories etc. Your business is represented professionally and all interviewing candidates will be well briefed on the company before you meet them.

‘Qualified’ Candidates – In addition to the Candidate Briefing Packs we develop ‘Competency Response Forms’, defining the core competencies of the role. Each candidate must respond in detail against these critical skills. It provides
