PMO Manager Global HR IT – in-house - renomiertes Unternehmen – Zürich, Schweiz (m/w)
Ihre Aufgaben
Innerhalb des globalen Projekt Management Office verantworten sie alle Projektaktivitäten im Hinblick auf die international HR IT. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
· Management des globalen HR IT Projektporfolios
· Projekt- und Programme Controlling
· Verantwortung für Quality Assurance, Projektstandards- und Regularien
· Kommunikation mit Kunden, Stakeholdern (intern und extern) sowie Eskalationsmanagement
· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT- sowie Fachabteilungsmanagement, speziell der HR IT Führung sowie dem Projekt- und Servicemanagement
Ihr Profil
· Sie besitzen tiefgreifende Erfahrungen im Projekt-/Programme Management bzw. dem IT Projekt-/Programme Management Support – idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld.
· Sie besitzen solides Wissen im Bereich HR IT (Funktionen/Systeme/Strategien)
· Starke Projektaccounting und –controlling Fähigkeiten
· Sie verfügen über eine strukturierte und methodisch fundierte Arbeitsweise
· Sie sind präsentations- und kommunikationsstark
· Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von grossem Vorteil
