Since humble beginnings as a Rolls Royce technical apprentice, I have had the good fortune and vision to recognise opportunies, to learn and to grow out of my "comfort zone" at every given opportunity.
I left Rolls Royce to fly in the "Fleet Air Arm" of the Royal Navy.. l left the Navy to "experience" the world....
Many continents,new friends,intercultural experiences and languages later I find myself still (if not even more strongly) believing in the EXPERIENCE of learning and growing to make the world a better place for us all to live in.
I have highly respected friends with educational projects from Guatemala to Nepal whom I will always support in every way I can.

He has 20 years' experience of facilitating training from the Apprentice Association at Rolls Royce to top level management coaching at an international airport. He has also performed sales and leadership training for one the world's leading companies in the IT sector.
My engineering, naval officer training, and business backgrounds have served me well. I am told that I am a natural leader, who enthuses change into reality and continues to breathe life into organizational projects. I am repeatedly invited back to deliver training and my new clients stem from existing customers' recommendations.
