About me

Started my professional interest in electronics being quite young in the field of Radio&TV and Transceivers. Since then gathered experience in a wide spectrum of specialities like electromedical equipment, editor of computer magazines, Internet startups and more, in Latin America and Europe. Since the 90's I'm telecommunications consultant stablished in Barcelona, where among other adventures I was involved in managing responsibilities during the XXV Olympic Games of Barcelona'92. Have also co-founded in 1999 the Internet Global Congress (now "BDigital Global Congress") (

http://www.seniortic.org). In the area of ITS have invented and developed an innovative ITS eSafety concept, the "Road Beacon System" - RBS (

http://www.roadbeacon.net), a new paradigm for on-board traffic signalling and signage based on high-performance RFID devices.

Entusiasta de la electrónica desde muy joven me formé en ingeniería en telecomunicaciones. Compaginé estudios trabajando en electromedicina y fundé en Argentina una de las editoriales de informática divulgativa de mayor difusión, "K64". De nuevo en Barcelona, desde los 90 soy consultor en telecomunicaciones donde entre otras aventuras he sido responsable de tecnología del Comite Olímpico Internacional (IOC) durante los XXV JJOO de Barcelona'92. He participado en varias startups y puntocoms, propias y compartidas, aprendiendo mucho. También he co-fundado el Internet Global Congress (ahora BDigital Global Congress) (
