About me

Arnold is a professional non-executive company director based in Luxembourg.

Independent Fund and Company Director with extensive experience of the European mutual fund industry since 1998. I have built up a solid understanding of the fiduciary responsibility towards investors and the mechanics of the Fund Industry.

As a result I have accumulated operational experience in the following areas from a Fund manager and Administrators perspective; Fund Services, Central Administrator, regulatory reporting, relationship management, resource management, project management, double Tax Treaty, VAT and Luxembourg Intellectual Property Tax Regime.

Current mandates in Private Equity, Real Estate, Genral Partnerships, Intellectual Property and Transfer Pricing.

I am seeking an entrepreneurial role that will stretch my skills with prospects of future progression. Business ventures are welcome where I can contribute value myself or via my network. Being Luxembourg based means I can add value to non resident companies that are seeking to utilise the advantages of Luxembourg in their business.
