Project Definition CC&BS project consists of 4 module, Customer Caring & Billing, Inventory Management, Trouble Ticketing and Interconnect. CC&BS System’s taken over to production is phased according to DSL, P2P(point to point),Leased Lines and non-Dsl services with collection system moreover is includes migration of Customer ,Inventory, Trouble tickets, Payment data migration is done in general project plan.
Consumer Information Turk Telekom, the biggest company of informatics in Turkey, aims to be the preferred operator both in the national and international markets, with its performance and investments.Furhermore Türk Telekom is the unique fix -line operator services to residential and commercial customers all over Turkey. As of the end of December 2007, number of Turk Telekom’s fixed line subscribers is over39 millions and number of ADSL internet service has reached 4 millions subscribers.Besides, Turk Telekom aims to have nine million broadband subscribers by the end of 2008.
Construct Information Data Migration methodological phases includes the following:Data Mapping,Development of Manipulation,Filtration and Creation Extraction,Transforms,Cleansing rules,Quality Tests furthermore Validations.Atos Origin Responsible migration of other components in the solution and analysis of the full database infrastructure to create migration strategies and ensure data integrity. - Legacy data resided in over 9 different systems to migrate of 4 diffirent target system
Sub Constructs Information Convergys is the responsible of the Customer Caring&Billing module with Infinys which is their own product. Metasolv is the responsible of the Inventory Management module with P6, ASAP, Objectel,S&SM products.HP is the responsible of the Trouble ticketing module.Gantek is the responsible of the Interconnect module.All of these systems should be integrated to each other.We are the responsible of designing integration and migrating all customers date from legacy systems to target systems as Atos Origin.
