2007-.. CRM Group Manager (MS Dynamics Department)
I am a manager of department that is responsible for selling and consulting of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. In this department there are 25+ specialists including sales person, consultant, analyst, software engineer. I am in charge of hiring, forming a team, presales, sales and project management. My priority mission is resource reallocation for dynamic project. Based on my software engineer expertise, I am responsible for generating standards and their controls at all project and developments levels. My tasks are to set periodic budget goals, to present it to the general manager for approval, to sell consultancy, supervise project plans and to reallocate resources. My aim is to provide motivation for team members to be goal oriented. I am responsible of making decisions in and managing sales, developing and project management.
2004-2007 Software Team Leader (Software Department)
I was involved in GTP (Global Trading Platform) project. GTP provides multichannel architecture to it’s customers to reach companies from different channels like internet, telephone,…etc. GTP has n-tier architecture and was developed with C#.Net for Brokerage, PMS, Mortgage, Derivative Trading and Tax. The aim of the project was to develop a brokerage system for investment companies, which is mounted on an order management system. Orders could be routed to different markets by GTP FIX. In this project I was involved in managing software teams and hiring personnel.
2003-2004 Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Defence

Title: Software Officer
All of the budget efforts within Turkish army start from The Ministry of National Defence. The old budget software was developed with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports. As database, also Oracle is used on HP Unix Systems. Effective from beginning of 2004 the old budget application is replaced by new analytical budget application developed by Havelsan using SAP System.
My tasks here, were administering, maintaining the old budget systems developed with Oracle. I was involved in migrating from old budget to the new one (developed by Havelsan with SAP ERP software) throughout Turkey. I also administered the new SAP system which uses Oracle as database and runs on HP Unix System.
Furthermore there are other smaller projects like salary, document management...etc.
I also took part in the maintenance and update of these small applications using Oracle forms and reports.
To sum up; I administered Oracle DB, SAP, solved problems of the users relating to applications from throughout Turkey and supported users of the system.
Overall, I maintained, updated the other small applications using Oracle Forms and Reports, developed other small applications like call center using Oracle tools and database. I designed and developed user request application using .NET (ASP.NET,VB.NET,C#) architecture. I was rewarded for my work in the army.
2000-2003 Yapı Kredi Bank

The aim of the project was to develop a leasing application for Yapı Kredi Bank. I contributed to the proposal of marketing, credits, operations, accounting, treasury and law activities. I also managed the development and technical architecture teams, designed the software development diagrams. I took different roles during project life cycle (where V-model project life cycle was used) including requirement analysis, planning, designing, and development. I coached, helped developers when urgent situations occurred. I acted as a contact person between the development team and leasing company. Datas were migrated from MSSQL6.5 to MSSQL2000.
