About me

With more than two decades of experience, Barry Kadish has dedicated his career to ensuring client satisfaction in the fields of commercial real estate, luxury automobile sales, and residential construction management. Barry Kadish began his career in European car leasing and sales, working for dealerships such as Fields BMW, Loeber Motors in Chicago, and Mill Valley BMW.

After nearly a decade in automobile sales management, Mr. Kadish transitioned to the construction industry, where he served as President of Kadish Company, an entity devoted to residential and commercial property rehabilitation and construction. He then worked as Vice President of Counterpoint Construction, Inc., a business focused on municipal and school construction, renovation, and project management.

Barry Kadish spent two years as a commercial real estate broker for Marc Realty in Chicago, and in 2010 was hired by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, where he works for the national realty firm’s commercial division, selling and leasing office, warehouse, retail, and mixed-use properties. Committed to the field, Kadish maintains active membership in the National Association of Realtors.

Educated at Eastern New Mexico University in Portales and Northwestern University, Barry Kadish studied business while in college. When time allows, he enjoys tennis, basketball, and watching motor vehicle reconstruction. Dedicated to improving community life in Chicago, he is a member of the Greater Independence Park Neighborhood Association, and a regular supporter of Deborah’s Place, a leading provider of support services for women coping with homelessness in Chicago.
