About me

Currently Associate Director at PCR - a specialist Headhunting and Recruitment consultancy that focuses on the recruiting within the Broadcast and Digital Media industries globally.

I head up our 'International Division' which is responsible for recruiting mid to senior and executive level candidates for leading Technology vendors, consultancies, services providers, broadcasters and operators. I have more than 6 years experience in successfully recruiting within the Broadcast, New Media, and Telecommunications industries throughout EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

Core focus is mostly on Commercial roles - i.e. VP Sales, COO, Regional Sales/Account Managers, Pre-Sales - although I have a lot of experience recruiting across a whole business, including in Engineering, Operations, Professional Services and Marketing.

My philosophy to recruitment is simple - 'It's not simply about making the deal; it's about providing the best service to both my clients and candidates alike to ensure they make the best decision for their business/career'. I'm always open and honest with my candidates, and will try to help in any way I can to aid them with their career development.
