Bill Stokes is an Executive Search Professional, managing business development and leading executive-level searches. Bill contributes his expertise in the public affairs, government relations, non-profit, and technology sectors, in addition to his proven track record in media and management consulting. He is especially interested in cross-cultural leadership and has lived and worked abroad.

Previously, Bill was Managing Director of EndeavorConnnect LCC, where he facilitated all aspects of international market entry for technology companies expanding into the US and abroad. Bill is a seasoned non-profit manager, serving at the American Institute for Contemporary German Studies (AICGS), the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), the National Council for International Trade Development (NCITD), and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
 
Currently, Bill serves Chairman of the Washington Network Group (WNG) (http://www.WashingtonNetworkGroup.com), an association of 500 professionals representing private sector firms, multilateral institutions, government agencies, the Congress, foreign embassies, and the media.
 
He holds a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science from the College of William & Mary in Virginia and went on to attend George Washington University's Elliott School of International Affairs, with a concentration in international business and politics.
