Until 2001, Mr. Weiss held senior sales positions with Visoneix (part of the Visonic Group), Israel Military Industries - Reem Electronic Systems Division and the ADACOM Group. Boaz holds B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and MBA in Marketing from the Tel Aviv University and serves as a board member of "Shiluvim" the alumni of the Tel Aviv University Faculty of Engineering Boaz has 30 years of progressive front-line and management experience in International Sales, Marketing and Business Development in establishment of distribution channels and OEM agreements in Western and Eastern Europe, USA, Asia, Africa and the Middle East for Data Communications, Telecommunications, Wireless Defense and Security systems, as well as Measurement and 3D Non-Contact Digitizing Systems for various industrial applications. His sales experience is of capital equipment and industrial systems to automotive and aerospace industries, factories, large accounts, armies and governmental organizations, including high-level negotiations Boaz speaks Hebrew, English and German fluently, and has working capability in Spanish, French and Hungarian.
