Engineering Management and Project Lead
Engineering lead for OEM whiteboard project with PLUS Corporation of Japan and served as a primary liaison between the PLUS and the VI engineering teams. The project integrated the mimio technology into a PLUS whiteboard, which allowed written information to be transferred to a computer. Maintained aggressive project schedule, supervised the testing, release approval and launch of the project
Supervised the QA, testing and services group. Managed assembly, debugging and BETA testing phases of the first mimio project. This required the balancing and scheduling multiple resources to meet deadlines. Also designed much of the hardware DVT suite and system testing. Diagnosed and debugged major problems, which reduced the time for testing and the rework. Oversaw the final assembly and manufacture of the BETA runs for mimio as well as the in circuit full functional testers used in the overseas manufacturing faculty.
