About me
He has over 37 years business and legal experience including SEC public company experience and investment banking. Mr. Giannetto has performed the duties of Public company general counsel and operations executive, in addition to being an active Board Member. He has complete deal making experience including public offerings, private placement and M&A transactions, and commercial real estate and construction. He has managed multiple functions including finance, compliance and operations and has extensive experience with financial institutions, investors, stock exchanges and the SEC.
Currently, Mr. Giannetto is an officer and director of EOS Holdings Corp. Orlando, Florida (and an officer and director of the wholly owned subsidiary EOS Construction and Development Inc.).Previously, Mr. Giannetto is a Managing Director for KMA Capital Business Development LP., and previously performed the duties of Chief Legal Officer and Director for CALI Holdings, Inc., and Kairos Holdings Inc, both publicly traded investment companies under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Mr. Giannetto’s investment banking experience extends over the span of ten years. He was in the private practice of law from 1980-2000.
Prior to law school, Mr. Giannetto was an executive responsible for operations and corporate duties with a medium sized real estate development company involved in development and construction of hotels, apartment buildings, parking structures and other commercial structures.
