Presently serving as Vice Chairman of Corporate and Investment Banking for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Charlie Ditkoff excels as an accomplished professional in the healthcare investment banking industry. In 2007, he received an honorable mention in a ranking by Dealmaker magazine regarding the most influential figures in mergers and acquisitions. Charlie Ditkoff joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 1999 as a Managing Director, where he provided essential leadership to healthcare services for the Global Healthcare Corporate & Investment Banking. His previous professional experience includes working in management positions for Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley. As an attorney, Charles Ditkoff also previously practiced corporate securities law at the law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Charles Ditkoff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University, graduating magna cum laude in 1983. He is a member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society. Pursuing his aspirations in the legal field, Charles Ditkoff attended Yale Law School, earning his Juris Doctor in 1986. Beyond his professional interests, he enjoys reading, traveling, golfing, and playing tennis. His favorite authors include Ryszard Kapuściński and Philip Roth. Currently residing in Scarsdale, New York, Charlie Ditkoff is married to Beth Ann Zarkin with two daughters.
