This means I meet some very fascinating and highly skilled people. It's really interesting and exciting - I am able to deliver the rewards they want - and they call it work! Sometimes I work with entrepreneurs who want to transfer from their idea and lifestyle business and make it a strong company. Sometimes I work with established organisations and help them get the best. All of the time I help them change and grow to make the most of the opportunities. I am really lucky to be working with like minded people who make business development a way of life, where no two days are ever the same. And I am able to bring my passion for client service and total satisfaction right to the fore. There has never been a better time for business to adapt and change to combat the tough economic conditions. I have spent my working life solving people's problems. I was trained as an engineer, and worked extensively for over 25 years in design and project management of manufacturing and construction business working with organisations of all sizes. Now I am able to help my clients develop by helping them focus on the important issues, and using all of my experience to their benefit. Turning Good businesses into Great businesses. I am lucky to be married to the most wonderful woman in the word - Paula - where every day is a special day. We have 4 children and they are all great. Especially as they have all left home now and we are doing our best to make sure we spend their inheritance sensibly for them. As a very wise man once said - Life is not a rehearsal
