Metálogos Consulting is the name of my freelance services in key areas of competence: language, communication, intercultural, teamwork and leadership.
Metálogos - Transforming the way we think (old mindsets / limiting beliefs / perceptions), act (ineffective behaviours), and communicate (disconnectedness) as citizens of the global community, by harnessing the pure power of creative Playfulness, reflective Mindfulness and compassionate Connectedness.
As global citizens, it is essential that we actively participate in fashioning a global community in which questions of ethics and social justice are given priority, sustainable economic development is encouraged, connection to the earth is promoted, and exposure to diverse worldviews and ideologies is realised.
About me:
Living, working and travelling abroad has provided me with invaluable experience both in relating to people from different cultural backgrounds and language learning. I have more than ten years’ experience working in collaboration with several organisations, associations and local committees in the field of global education and multicultural education for youth as well as adults.
During my academic endeavours I enrolled in courses and volunteered with groups/organisations that increased my awareness of the world and helped me to understand the role I play on the world stage as well as to develop an understanding for cultural diversity and respect for various world views. I am dedicated to quality education and training, to promote understanding, attitudes and actions to protect human rights, and to foster the development of free and just communities.
Since 2000 I have been resident in Hamburg, where I work as a freelance Trainer / Coach / Consultant. In collaboration with the Hamburg School of English; the English Language Institute; EuroBiz - Communication Institute; and EnglishBusiness, I have trained and coached (inspired and motivated) representatives from a wide variety of organisations in key areas of competence: language, communication, intercultural, teamwork and leadership.

'Mindful Leadership'is the ability to confront and shift the self-limiting mindsets and behaviours that undermine personal and organizational effectiveness.
I have the necessary patience, an understanding of the difficulties adult learners have in expressing themselves in a foreign language, and the ability to create a relaxing, friendly environment conducive to learning, coupled with the excellent knowledge of the subject matter.
My content-based training and soft-skills coaching provide individuals with the tools they need to face the future and to become competent global business citizens.
