About me

There is really no short description but I'll try. Lived all over the U.S. from California, to Utah, back to Cali, back to Utah, on to Indiana, and then on to Arkansas, and over to Texas, finding my way also to North Carolina and no, I was not in a military family. I received my degree in Information Management / Information Technology in Texas and joined the corporate world in 1991 as a network engineer. I worked with or for many large companies and at an early age I had a chance to work on a nationwide network project with Los Angeles Times which I in end effect managed. After that I had ventured off to my second home Germany in 1997 where I began a new life and a company in regards to graphical systems like "Open Pre-Press Interfaces" (OPI) for printing press companies and news papers along with accompanying "Raster Image Processors". Even though this was a quite lucrative business being the only one of its kind down in the Black Forest of Germany in the city of Freiburg im Breisgau, I decided to let it go and join a customer of mine IKA Labortechnik GmbH & Co. KG taking over their IT department world wide. At IKA I worked for for nine almost ten years and regrettably left them to start another new venture in Moscow, Russia in addition to Germany and the U.S. which included the implementation of the Technical Support department for Paragon Software. After a few years and being at the right place at the right time, I was offered a position with Johnson & Johnson in Zug, Switzerland as system analyst in charge of the global Over The Counter (OTC) supply and demand Oracle database / Rainbow application which I accepted. My adventures have not stopped here and I plan on having a few more along the way in regards to at least solar technology and microwave radio transmission and receiving which I will discuss in detail in a Knol collection that I am currently working on but that still needs a lot of work before it is completed. And that was me in a nutshell.
