CEO of Talentiir, a new Talent RPO company in Copenhagen, Denmark. My goal is to provide a full suite of talent and recruitment solutions to scale-up companies in the Nordics. I have 17+ years of recruitment experience. I am a Digital and IT recruiter/headhunter. I have worked with in-house recruitment and RPO solutions throughout most of my career. My in-house recruitment experience has been with prestigious companies such as Pandora, Maersk Line, Maersk Decom, Maersk Tankers, CSC, and Microsoft Denmark. I am a certified PSM I (Professional Scrum Master). I am English, living in Copenhagen, Denmark, and am (almost fluent) Danish-speaking. I love endurance sports, where I have completed Ironman Copenhagen in 10 hours 44 minutes. Sadly in December 2019 I suffered a full ACL rupture injury and had surgery. It has been a slow recovery process.
