About me

I started in 1995 with the foundation of my first company, graphic design & event management, which was sold profitably in the year 2000. To develop myself I parallel started to work (1998-2000) for one of the hugest locally immobile consultants in Austria as head of the rental dispose department. I was responsible for accounting matters, financial matters (budgets, plans, cost-structures etc.), additionally in staff leading and to consult the company over the year 2000 change to restructure the whole accounting department (25 people) to the accurate standards of accounting. Afterwards I started working as a self-employed consultant for several companies in the area of high-level assistance, restructuring and organizational development, corporate communication (internal & external), shortly in the field of change management. I was involved in the restructuring process of VA TECH & Siemens, built up the sales offices in Europe for Mittal Steel either as the whole reallocation service for the Mittal Steel employees and implemented several marketing related structures for the EME Region for BGS Smartcard Systems for only naming a few. Additionally I gained to become the COO/CFO of Barracuda WebGraficDesign & IT-Services and in 2006 I joint Xendex Holding GmbH and inerhit the position as corporate communication manager. Parallely I founded a second company called MassModenWerkstatt, which is going to sell tailor handmade clothes successfully. In March 2008, the decision was taken, for only taking care about MMW as CEO. Additional we settled the cooperation with LABEL jeans Ltd. - for building up the distribution network for Jeans-Sales for men & women in Austria from 2008-2011. In 2009 we have renamed MassModenWerkstatt in our own created private Label - called - "CL-Fashion". Since June 2009 we do only operate over CL-Fashion (taylor made fashion, design and creative work).

As we got serveral request in the last years for projects in the area of change management (back to the roots :-), we decided to start in April 2012 officially - with the company project CL-Fusion. The company is specialized in the area of organisation & org. Development, structural assembling, change management, CI-CD design & development, corporate communication and restructuring programms in the area of IT-Management and IT based knowledge. So shortly - back on the market :-)
