SINOLAND WORLDWIDE LTD. provides technical support mainly to European SMUs purchasing resp. subcontracting in China as well as quality assurance tasks for this companies at location. Scope of products covered include consumer electronics appliances and subassemblies, high quality domestic appliances, precision CNC manufactured parts
Achievements included efficient cooperation with Chinese manufacturers during the development of new projects, maintaining deadlines to production start to a high degree. Quality performance of factories was maintained at high level by continuous pro-active communication with the suppliers, efficient analysis of problems during production and consequent pursuing of necessary corrective actions

1998 – 2000 Zhenjiang Kloeckner Moeller Busbar Trunking Co., Ltd.
Production Manager, leading a workforce of 500 employees. The company produced power supply systems with a max. capacity of 5000 Amperes in a Chinese – German joint venture in Yangzhong, Jiangsu Province. Efficient and successful cooperation with the Chinese JV partner and the mother company in Germany through dedicated team work made work there a very rewarding and satisfactory experience for all parties involved

Germany based leading manufacturer and distributor worldwide of OEM personal care appliances, kitchen appliances and power tools. Started in 1983 as Quality Assurance Manager in Hong Kong, later took on the additional responsibility of Sourcing Manager for buy-on finished appliances in Taiwan, Korea and China with a volume of US$ 3 million p.a. From 1995 onwards worked as Plant Manager in Baoan, Guangdong Province with the additional responsibility of acting GM in 1996/ 1997 in the China plant, workforce 1500 employees and an annual output of > 6 million appliances
Highlights of the work in WIK included:
- Maintaining a high quality level of products to the full satisfaction of customers by installing a fully process integrated QA system during all steps of production
- Developing a semi-automatic test system for safety and function tests on-line
- Leading both companies in Hong Kong and China to ISO 9002 approval (certified by ASTA, UK) in 1991
