Currently splitting his time between Atlanta and Miami, seasoned executive Dan Lazarek has 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and he has spent the last 12 years as the Chief Financial Officer, one of the two owners, and a member of the Board of Directors of Access Insurance Holdings, Inc., a privately-held, Atlanta-based insurance company currently operating in 12 states across the country.

Dan Lazarek earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Union College in 1987, after which he accepted a position in sales and marketing at Frontier Communications, formerly known as Rochester Telecommunications. While working for Frontier Communications full time, Dan Lazarek also enrolled part time at the University of Rochester Simon Graduate School of Business where he earned an MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing in 1991. During his seven years with Frontier Communications, Dan Lazarek was promoted several times, eventually becoming the Marketing and Business Development Director of US Operations. As Marketing and Business Development Director, Dan Lazarek led the marketing operations of 37 telephone companies across 14 states, accounting for more than $650 million in annual revenue. While working for Frontier Communications, Dan Lazarek won the 1990 Comforum Award from the National Communications Forum for his innovative marketing of a new product or service in his joint venture with Prodigy Services.

After holding a number of other high level positions with telecommunications companies, including serving as the Executive Vice President of Citizens Communications (now Frontier Communications Corp.) and the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of WorldPort Communications, Inc., Dan Lazarek left the telecommunications industry to join Michael McMenamin as an owner of Access Insurance Holdings, Inc. Dan Lazarek works as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary, and a member of the Board of Directors at Access Insurance Holdings, Inc. With more than 550 employees, Access Insurance Holdings, Inc. has received recognized twice by Inc. Magazine, first as the 13th and then as the 10th fastest-growing privately-held company in the United States. Access Insurance Holdings, Inc. has also twice made Atlanta's list of the Top 100 Largest Private Companies.
