About me

Danilo Zatta is Partner at Simon-Kucher & Partners, a leading strategy & marketing management consulting firm with 23 offices all over the world. He has 15 years of international experience in working with Corporate Executives, Boards, Private Equity Investors, Boards, Corporate Executives, and Entrepreneurs across the Automotive, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Energy, Retail, Durables, Logistics, TelCo & Media, Chemical and Consumer Products sectors; his expertise is in the areas of business strategy, sales & marketing, performance improvement, restructuring, M&A and corporate development and growth.
 
Danilo advised both several of the world-wide blue chip companies, but also mid-sized corporations, start-ups and or leading private equity investors. He acted both as consultant and as interim manager.
Before Simon-Kucher & Partners, Danilo acted as Project Leader at Capgemini in the Transformation Consulting Practice, leading international engagements; as Senior Consultant at Accenture, both working in the eCommerce arena and for global corporations; and as Consultant at DGM, where he helped clients to improve their performance in countries like Argentina, India, Zimbabwe or South Africa.
 
Danilo holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD Business School, France & Singapore; a Master’s degree cum laude in Economics from the LUISS University of Rome, Italy; and a specialization in Marketing from the University College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland.
 
Author or co-author of 14 books, he is a regular contributor to the management press like Harvard Business Review or L’Impresa, and a frequent speaker at conferences like the World Business Forum.
