SAP Executive Search Consultant

I have extensive SAP Recruitment experience and a very successful track record. The key to this has been the strong relationship I always aim to build with both Clients and Candidates putting their interests first in any given situation. Being genuine I always find goes a long way.

In my current role I work predominately as a Senior SAP Search Consultant. The market in SAP tends to be quite candidate driven and I truly believe that by finding companies good permanent resources it really helps them grow and achieve their goals. With most of our Clients we work in partnership with them and gain a good understanding of their business / company culture. This helps us present their business in the correct way to potential employees

I invest a great deal of my time in finding the right resources. When dealing with you as a candidate the most important thing is to understand exactly what you want your next career step to be. I always remember that in recruitment we're dealing with people so never just match technical skills to a job description.
