岗位描述:
• 1. 负责设备及其备件的管理;
• 2. 分析并排除日常生产中的设备故障;
• 3. 优化设备以提高产品质量和生产效率;
• 4. 建立和维护设备保养相关的工作指导文件;
• 5. 负责对新项目的设备进行调试、验收和放行.
岗位要求:
1. 大学本科以上学历，机电一体化技术及应用或相关专业;
2. 有3 年以上设备管理经验;
3. 熟悉电缆加工、精密冲压和注塑技术;
4. 了解TPM 管理;
5. 具有较强的动手能力;
6.懂德语.
Responsibilities:
• To be responsible for equipment management;
• To analyze, eliminate and prevent trouble of equipment in daily production;
• To optimize equipment, die and tools to improve quality and productivity;
• To create and modify maintenance related work instructions;
• To setup and release equipment for new projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor graduated and major of Mechatronic Technology & Application;
• 3+ year equipment management related experience.
• Being well up in equipment for cable assembly, accurate pressing and molding.
• Having knowledge of TPM management;
• Having strong capability in practice;
• Foreign Languages：English fluently, candidates with German skills have priority
