I have over 10 years experience in recruitment, including 6 years in Pharmaceutical, having worked for a specialist agency and a Clinical Research Organisation as their interim Recruitment Manager, where it was my job to establish an internal recruitment function (serving the offices in UK, France and Germany) within a fast-growing company and raise their profile within the recruitment marketplace.
